The wireless, AASM-compliant polygraphy system was developed specifically for outpatient sleep diagnostics and combines high patient comfort with comprehensive signal acquisition and an efficient diagnostic workflow.

As part of the ongoing development of our product portfolio, the SOMNOscreen™ plus will be discontinued as of August 31, 2026. Technical support for the systems will be ensured until August 31, 2033. After this date, we can no longer guarantee the continued availability of service support and spare parts.
For existing SOMNOscreen™ plus systems, we will of course continue to provide support and service throughout the respective product life cycle.
‘The beauty of sleep’ has accompanied SOMNOmedics for 25 years. Restful sleep is one of the basic prerequisites for our performance, our well-being and our health. With our SOMNOscreen™ in 2003, we set the first milestone in modular sleep diagnostics for both polygraphy and polysomnography. Over time, the SOMNOschreen™ has been adapted several times to new standards and specifications and the more than 7,000 SOMNOscreens™ now on the market have enabled us to further develop our product portfolio in line with market requirements in the field of sleep medicine. In particular, our SOMNO HD, which has been established on the market since 2016, impresses with features such as Intelligent Connect™, a display for signal monitoring and wireless sensors. The vital parameters recorded during a polysomnography also allowed us to transfer the processing of the signals to other specialist areas such as cardiology, neurology and anaesthesia. This has resulted in products for oscillometric/continuous long-term blood pressure measurement, actigraphy, long-term EEG, as well as for anaesthesia depth determination and oximetry. From direct sales in Germany, we have developed into an internationally active company with dealers and customers in more than 50 countries. In addition to personal contacts on site, we offer a 24/7 free service hotline. We still develop and produce our products at our headquarters in Randersacker.
