RIP-Effortsensor
€975.80*
RIP-Effortsensor for SOMNO HD and SOMNO HD EcoInductive Effort Sensor (Thorax)For differentiation of respiratory events (obstructive/central)the movements of thorax and abdomen are recorded. One inductive effort sensor for recording the abdominal movement is already integrated in the SOMNO HD. The external RIP effort sensor for thoracic movement is connected to the SOMNO HD via a plug. Since the RIP belts as a whole serve as a sensor, they also provide a reliable signal in case of body position changes (especially in prone position). The SOMNO HD is worn on the abdomen as standard, but can also be worn on the thorax depending on preference. In this case, the external effort sensor is attached to the abdomen. The phase angle of both effort signals is used to analyse and evaluate partial obstructions up to paradoxical breathing (180° phase shift). The phase angle analysis determines partial obstructions of adjustable size and duration (flow limitation) and subsequent arousal reactions. The sum of both effort signals can be included in the evaluation as an additional flow signal, if necessary also as a quantitative flow signal after calibration. The RIP belts are adjustable and available in different sizes S-XXL (circumference from 40-150 cm). The scope of delivery includes a belt set in size L for thorax and abdomen (circumference approx. 80 - 120 cm).Alternatively, disposable inductive effort belts can be used. Our disposable belts are also available in different sizes from S-XXL.For patients with a pacemaker, we recommend placing the SOMNO HD abdominal at least 16 cm away from the pacemaker. If these fitting instructions are followed, there is no evidence of any impairment of patients with pacemakers.

Intercostal EMG sensor
€333.20*
Intercostal EMG sensor for SOMNO HD Sensor for recording the breathing effort. The intercostal EMG signal is recorded.
PLM sensor left
€220.15*
PLM sensor left for SOMNO HD and SOMNO HD eco, cable length 120 cmFor the determination of periodic limb movements (PLM), the muscle activity (EMG) of the tibial muscles (m. tibialis ant.) is recorded. As the movements on both legs do not have to occur synchronously, the activity of both legs is recorded. The EMG derivation is done with push-button disposable electrodes. You will receive 2 sensors for both legs in the set.The sensors can additionally be used to determine the muscle activity of the arms.

1-channel ECG sensor
€386.75*
1-channel ECG sensor for SOMNO HD, The sensor is applied frontally to the thorax by means of three disposable push-button electrodes. A modified ECG according to Einthoven II is derived. An amplifier is integrated in the electrode switch to ensure high signal quality. In conjunction with the plethysmogram from pulse oximetry, the pulse transit time (PTT) and pulse wave velocity (PWV) can be determined. With our blood pressure option, the continuous blood pressure (Sys/Dia in mmHg) can be calculated from this after calibration with the cuff. This method is particularly suitable for determining the arterial BP during sleep without disturbance of the cuff inflation. The DOMINO software evaluates the following events:- Heart rate fluctuations- Brady- / Tachycardia- Arrhythmias by type- RR intervals / Poincaré plot- Heart rate variability (HRV) with LF/HF components / Sympatho-Vagal Balance (SVB).
1-channel ECG sensor

Iincluding body position for SOMNO HD. The sensor is applied to the front of the thorax using three disposable push-button electrodes. A modified ECG according to Einthoven II is derived and the body position is determined at the same time. An amplifier is integrated into the electrode switch to ensure high signal quality. In combination with the plethysmogram from pulse oximetry, the pulse transit time (PTT) and pulse wave velocity (PWV) can be determined.
