NARCOguide® Monitor, Cardio Version

A particularly comprehensive and portable solution for monitoring the depth of anaesthesia.

The NARCOguide® Monitor is a medical device that uses electroencephalography (EEG) to determine the depth of anaesthesia in adult patients under general anaesthesia. This enables anaesthetists to optimize the dosage of anaesthetics and ensure that patients receive the appropriate level of sedation, minimizing the risk of over- or under-anesthesia.

In the cardio version, the NARCOguide provides all the parameters needed to perform EEG-based anaesthesia depth assessment and also offers the following valuable hemodynamic parameters:

  • Continuous non-invasive blood pressure (NIBP)
  • SpO2
  • Heart rate
  • ECG

Battery operation: 8 hours, recording time: up to 24 hours

Included in delivery:

  • NARCOguide® with display
  • NARCOguide® holder with sensors (cardio version including 1-channel ECG)
  • SpO2 finger clip in size large
  • Power supply, Li-Ion battery
  • Docking station for data transfer

  • EEG-based assessment of anaesthetic depth
  • DSA (Density Spectral Array) display for colour-coded visualisation of brain activity and EEG trends
  • Non-invasive blood pressure measurement (NIBP)
  • Enables individualised dosing of anaesthetics. Indicates deep anaesthesia by detecting burst-suppression (BSR) patterns
  • ECG, heart rate, SpO₂

EEG-based monitoring of anaesthetic depth

The NARCOguide® determines the depth of anaesthesia and summarises this as an index ranging from 0 to 100. Haemodynamic parameters, including continuous blood pressure, are also available as an optional add-on. This allows you to maintain a comprehensive overview of the relevant parameters throughout the entire anaesthesia.

Compact & Mobile Solution

Thanks to its lightweight, compact design, the NARCOguide® is ideal for clinics, operating rooms, or mobile use. Simply set up, connect, and start – plug-and-play.

Flexible Variants & Extensions

Choose between the basic version for anaesthesia depth monitoring or the cardio option with additional hemodynamic including continuous blood pressure measurement.
