The HomeSleepTest (HST) and HomeSleepTest REM+ are outpatient screeners for the objective diagnosis of insomnia and sleep disorders. They are used for the convenient, home-based diagnosis of an objective sleep profile. The systems are applied by the patient at home with video guidance and can be worn for several nights. The maximum recording time without recharging is 36 hours. The HomeSleepTest (HST) and HomeSleepTest REM+ have an integrated light, position and movement sensor and derive the following signals: 3*EEG / 2*EOG / EMG / light / actigraphy / head position / continuous impedance and snoring (tablet).
After the recording is finished, the signals are transferred to a cloud application via tablet and automatically pre-evaluated there. The measurements can be accessed immediately via the password-protected account. Manual evaluation is possible at any time via the cloud interface. An overview report and a detailed report are also made available in the cloud. The provision of signals in the cloud is pay-per-use based.
Both systems are compatible with the OtwoFellow and can therefore be expanded to include respiratory parameters.

Der HomeSleepTest (HST) und HomeSleepTest REM+ verfügen über einen integrierten Licht, Lage und Bewegungssensor und leiten folgende Signale ab: 3*EEG / 2*EOG / EMG / Licht / Aktigraphie / Kopflage / kontinuierliche Impedanz und Schnarchen (Tablet).
Nach Beenden der Aufzeichnung werden die Signale mittels Tablet in eine Cloud-Anwendung übertragen und dort automatisch vorausgewertet. Die Messungen können über den passwortgeschützten Account sofort aufgerufen werden. Eine manuelle Auswertung ist über das Cloud-Interface jederzeit möglich. Zusätzlich werden in der Cloud ein Übersichtsreport sowie ein detaillierter Report zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Bereitstellung der Signale in der Cloud ist Pay-Per-Use basiert. Beide Systeme sind mit dem OtwoFellow kompatibel und können so um respiratorische Parameter erweitert werden.

The HomeSleepTest is applied using a 3-button adhesive electrode on the forehead and a separate adhesive electrode on the mastoid. The innovative shape of the forehead electrode allows particularly easy and safe application and at the same time reliable recording of the EOG and EEG channels. This standard version is particularly easy to use.

HomeSleepTest REM+
The HomeSleepTest REM+ is applied using four separate disposable adhesive electrodes. The AASM-compliant position of the EOG electrodes improves the recording of horizontal and vertical eye movements and facilitates the evaluation of REM sleep. The flexible positioning of the individual adhesive electrodes makes the HomeSleepTest REM+ particularly suitable for paediatric use (when the forehead is too narrow for the 3-button electrode) and for research purposes (when the position of the EOG electrodes plays a special role).
