HomeSleepTest REM+
Der HomeSleepTest REM+ von SOMNOmedics bietet eine weitere Möglichkeit zur objektiven Diagnostik von Ein- und Durchschlafstörungen. Das Gerät zeichnet die gleichen 11 Signale zur Bestimmung der Schlafqualität und -fragmentierung auf wie unser HST. Durch die flexible Positionierung der einzelnen Klebeelektroden eignet sich der Screener ideal für den pädiatrischen Einsatz und für Forschungszwecke. Der verwendete Sensor wird automatisch erkannt und das Tablet führt den Patienten mit den passenden Videos durch die Applikation.
Der HomeSleepTest REM+ wird mittels vier separater Einmal-Klebeelektroden appliziert. Die AASM konforme Position der EOG-Elektroden verbessert die Erfassung der horizontalen und vertikalen Augenbewegungen und erleichtert die Auswertung der REM-Phase.
Durch die flexible Positionierung der einzelnen Klebeelektroden eignet sich der HomeSleepTest REM+ besonders gut für den pädiatrischen Einsatz (wenn die Stirn zu schmal für die 3-Knopf-Elektrode ist) und für Forschungszwecke (wenn die Position der EOG Elektroden eine besondere Rolle spielt).
