Shipping Conditions

Orders through the webshop are only possible for customers from Germany, Austria, and EU countries. We charge the following shipping costs for deliveries within Germany and to Austria:

• Standard shipping via GLS in Germany: €9.40 (Delivery time 4-5 business days)

Free shipping for orders over €115 (only in Germany and Austria).

For deliveries to other EU countries, shipping costs may vary depending on the destination. The costs for a package up to 5 kg range from €14,28 (brutto) to €57,12 (brutto).

• Express shipping in Germany: €29,75 (brutto )

For orders placed (Mon - Thu by 2:00 PM and Fri by 11:00 AM, delivery time 1 business day, no delivery on Saturday). Orders received after 2:00 PM or on Fridays after 11:00 AM will be shipped on the next working day (Mon-Fri).

Please note that if you choose the payment method "prepayment," the delivery period will be extended by a few days, as the order will only be shipped after the invoice amount has been credited to our bank account. The goods will be delivered to an address specified by you.
